Executive Session
6:28 PM Selectmen took roll call vote in regular session and opened executive session. They wanted to focus on issues coming up with the Tuesday morning meeting with Joe Scanlon, business manager for WRSD. Stan wants district to pay for well and septic infrastructure upkeep as part of the maintenance agreement, since the district pays utility bills to the towns with municipal water and sewer and it’s getting water/sewer at T.P. School for free. Selectmen also want to see a maintenance plan in the form of a checklist. They see a need for maintenance and cleaning procedures conforming to manufacturer recommendations. Apparently, tile floors in school’s common areas were routinely “flooded” when they were cleaned. The mastic has failed and tiles have
loosened and let go.
6:42 PM Selectmen closed the executive session with Stan making a motion to adjourn, Jon seconded and in roll call vote they adjourned with Jon, Edith and Stan each saying “aye.”
